This premium setup includes a 90-minute service with two professional chefs—one dedicated to toasting buns on-site for a warm, fresh sandwich experience. Guests can choose from 3 savory meats (up to 15 lbs total), with a variety of toppings, including pickle chips and tangy apple slaw. The spread also features a choice of 3 homemade barbecue sauces, adding rich flavor to every bite. Complete the meal with generous sides: 10 lbs of creamy mac and cheese, 2 quarts of barbecue baked beans, jalapeño cornbread, and crunchy kettle chips. This buffet is perfect for bringing authentic, flavorful barbecue to any large event.

• 15lbs of meat
• 2 quarts of Apple Slaw
• 1 quart of Pickle Chips
• Choice of 3 BBQ Sauces
• 10lbs of creamy Mac ‘N Cheese
• 2 quarts of Barbecue Baked Beans
• Sheet pan of Jalapeño Corn Bread
• 40 bags of Metro Deli Kettle Chips
• 40 disposable plates, napkins, forks, spoons

Buffet Details/FAQ’s: 

• Any additional food purchased with your banquet buffet, will come in our standard disposable containers.
• Banquet buffet only includes buffet setup/buffet cleanup/buffet restocking and not additional venue service.
• Banquet service is a self-service buffet and not chef served.
• Buffet service will end after 90 minutes.  Cleanup will promptly start upon closing.
• Buffet includes all necessary Serviceware.
• To go containers not included. IF you provide us your own to go containers prior to the buffet opening we will package any left-over food for you.  Should to go containers not be provided all extra food will be discarded.
